Riley Bechdel is a public affairs professional with more than a decade of experience helping clients navigate federal and state policy challenges. She specializes in digital strategy, paid media, and integrated campaign management, and has led teams supporting Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and advocacy organizations across energy, technology, and healthcare.
Before joining Rational, Riley was a partner at Engage, a pioneering Republican digital and public affairs agency, where she led the digital strategy, paid advertising, and project management teams. Following Forbes Tate Partners’ acquisition of Engage in 2022, she led the integration of the two firms’ digital operations while continuing to grow and mentor the team.
Riley started her career in conservative politics and media, supporting research and video operations at America Rising, then managing social platforms, clients, and ad partners at Independent Journal Review. Riley recently served as co-chair of Women in Government Relations’ Technology, Innovation, and Security Task Force, and is a member of the National Society of the Colonial Dames of America.
