Rebecca DeLong (known to most as Bex) is a Senior Designer at Rational, where she brings a strategic, concept-driven approach to visual storytelling for clients across a range of industries. Her work spans brand identity systems, digital campaigns, email, web, and environmental design, translating client strategy and messaging into polished, cohesive visual assets from concept through execution.
Before joining Rational, Bex worked at LPK, developing brand and packaging systems for worldwide consumer brands, and at Transwestern, where she built brand systems, marketing materials, and strategic messaging proposals in the commercial real estate sector — experience that built on the BA in Graphic Design and BS in Marketing she earned from the University of Alabama and continues to inform her strategic approach to design today.
