Orlando Doull is a strategic communications professional with a background spanning investment banking, political campaigns, and nonprofit operations. Orlando is an Associate at Rational, where he helps clients across sectors navigate policy communications and media relations.
Before joining Rational, he supported cross-border M&A at William Blair’s BDA Partners and led field operations for New York State Senator Brian Kavanagh’s successful re-election campaign.
Outside of work, Orlando volunteers with the Epilepsy Foundation, supporting its legislative advocacy. A native of New York, he holds a B.A. in Political Science from Kenyon College and is fluent in Spanish and Mandarin. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, theater, and the NY Giants.
