Olivia Morton is a strategic communications professional who helps Fortune 100 companies, trade associations, and coalitions navigate complex policy, business, reputation, and brand challenges at the federal and state levels.
Olivia brings deep expertise across the healthcare, financial services, and energy sectors, advising clients on issues including drug pricing, patient access, banking and consumer credit regulation, and the energy transition. Drawing on a background that spans narrative strategy, media relations, digital advertising, targeting, and creative development, Olivia helps clients tell stories that build stakeholder trust and advance business and public affairs objectives.
Prior to joining Rational as a fellow, Olivia worked for Senator Mark Warner and the Democratic Party of Virginia. She holds a B.A. in Government and Political Psychology from Dartmouth College.
