Noelle Tay is a Digital Senior Strategist with experience working with clients across diverse industries, including aerospace, large retail, non-profit, and healthcare, with a focus on media planning, client management, content development, and data analysis.
Before joining Rational, Noelle worked at WPP Media in New York as an Associate Media Planner, supporting Coca-Cola’s Coke Red, Coke Zero, and Diet Coke brands, as well as Novo Nordisk on their Wegovy business.
Noelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations and minor in Creative Writing from Rutgers University–The State University of New Jersey where she is originally from.
