Mandy Legg is the Controller at Rational, where she oversees financial reporting, audit coordination, compliance, and general ledger management, working closely with Finance and Operations teams to support the company’s growth as a strategic communications and digital agency. She brings more than 15 years of accounting and finance leadership experience, with a background in the transportation and logistics industry prior to transitioning into professional services.
Before joining Rational, Mandy served as Division Controller at Hub Group, where she led financial operations for a $1 billion revenue division. Previously, as Director of Accounting at Choptank Transport, she played a key role in positioning the company for acquisition and integrating financial systems following the merger.
Mandy holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Notary Public. She resides in Maryland.
