Jaylah Grimes is a strategic communications and public relations professional with experience in public affairs and research.
Prior to joining Rational as an associate, Jaylah completed a fellowship with the firm supporting clients across healthcare, nutrition, and public policy. She has continued in these areas, with a focus on media relations, content development, and strategic writing. She has experience with nonprofit and community work, advocacy projects, and conducting research focused on social issues.
Jaylah is a Florida native and graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Sociology of Social Justice & Policy.
