Erika Zois is the Chief Operating Officer at Rational, where she plays a central role in scaling the company, strengthening its culture, and aligning its people and operations behind its growth strategy. As a strategic operations leader, Erika brings more than a decade of experience spanning organizational development, communications, primary research, talent, marketing, and events.
At Rational, Erika works across the company to build the infrastructure, teams, and culture that enable the company to deliver exceptional work for clients. She plays a key role in organizational strategy and growth, with a particular focus on people and talent, operational excellence, employee engagement, and building a high-performing, collaborative workplace. Her leadership has helped support Rational’s continued growth and evolution.
Prior to joining Rational, Erika served as Chief of Staff to the Global Insight Practice at Brunswick Group, a global critical-issues advisory firm. During her tenure, she was a key contributor to the growth of Brunswick Insight, helping scale its data-driven consulting business and working across strategy, talent, marketing, thought leadership, communications, and events. Her experience included planning and executing events and programs that brought together clients, industry leaders, and key stakeholders. This work gave Erika a distinctive perspective on building organizations and translating strategy into effective, high-impact execution.

Erika holds a B.A. in Public Communication with a minor in Marketing from American University in Washington, D.C.
