Chloe Lipton is a strategic communications and public affairs professional with experience executing integrated campaigns for Fortune 500 health care companies, trade associations and nonprofits. Before joining Rational as an associate, she completed both an internship and fellowship with the firm. She also gained industry experience at a boutique PR firm, building a foundation in media relations and influencer partnerships. Passionate about civic participation, Chloe served as an election poll worker and led youth voter registration campaigns.
An Atlanta native, Chloe earned her B.A. in Political Science and Journalism with a strategic communications concentration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating with honors.
