Caroline Polich is a graphic designer and creative professional with experience in digital design, print design, and branding for clients ranging from small nonprofits to Fortune 500 companies. Currently a Designer at Rational, she first joined the firm as a Design Fellow.
Prior to that, she interned in the Marketing and Communications Department at The Phillips Collection. Caroline participated in AIGA DC’s four-month SHINE design mentorship program as a mentee in the 2025 cohort.
She holds a BA in Studio Art with minors in Art History, Media and Communications, and Spanish from Drew University.
