Bryce Ballard focuses on how media intelligence, opinion research, and AI-enabled analytics inform communications and business decisions. Drawing on experience working across agencies, in-house teams, and technology vendors, Bryce leads a team delivering bespoke research solutions that help clients anticipate risks, quantify impact, and craft compelling narratives.
Bryce drives innovation across social listening, primary research, and a growing suite of emerging methodologies including AI simulations and generative engine optimization (GEO). His approach is grounded in the belief that the most actionable insights come from connecting data sources and validating findings across research instruments, rather than analyzing them in silos.
Bryce has additional training and professional experience in content strategy, traditional media relations, field marketing, and event management, all of which he leverages in collaboration with colleagues to provide clients with a holistic perspective and nuanced recommendations. Bryce also serves on the Rational AI Enablement team, where he advises on governance, champions company-wide adoption, and serves as a resource for colleagues building their own AI-powered tools.
Bryce was named a 2026 PRNEWS Person of the Year for his work in AI and Innovation, reflective of his leadership building interactive dashboards for AI Reputation Management and creating custom simulations of audiences too small to poll.
Bryce received a B.A. in Strategic Communications from American University in Washington, D.C. He loves chicken nuggets, Star Wars, and being a dog dad to a bernedoodle and a cavapoo.
